Jetpack carousel option and carousel gallery not showing

  • Hi Guys

    I am using the Jetpack tiled gallery on my site and although the tiled gallery displayed fine, when clicked it does not display the carousel but instead opened the image in a blank page. I have looked through settings/ media and the carousel options are not displaying. Why is this?

    Not sure if this is related the Nextgen gallery also had problems with the fastcgi?

    Are you certain carousel is enabled? Can you go to the “Jetpack” menu item in your dashboard and look for the “Carousel” module? Is it grayed out with an “Activate” button under it?
