Hello – I am getting an error with Jetpack and to check its functionality because it said it was not connected to my site in www.remarpro.com. I did an XML_RPC Validation service check and received the following error:

Hi, I tried the following test from a prompt, and was denied access by Sucuri WebSite Firewall — so basically I see the same 403 that Jetpack gets.

We are not familiar with the Securi Firewall plugin, but I searched their support docs on Google and I see that this is a known issue to them: https://docs.sucuri.net/website-firewall/troubleshooting/jetpack-issues/

You can follow the steps they outline there (under “The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site [HTTP 403]”) to correctly allow Jetpack to connect to your site.
