Jetpack broke WPQuickLatex

I use WP QuickLatex since it supports fairly complex equations and allows environemnts to enable multi-line equations.

With the last few recent updates, I have noticed the Latex code is not being properly interpreted, resulting in a mess of code on my blog articles, and no equations. Turning off Jetpack brought everything back.

Has anyone had this problem, and is there a workaround to get them both to co-operate?
