Jetpack breaks my masonry layout :(

    I’m using a custom theme I developed with masonry layouts (I used Isotope.js) for the post lists.

    Everything works ok, but after I activated Jetpack and connected it to WordPress, the masonry layout breaks and doesn’t show gutter or animations. Also an error shows up in the console:

    Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method ‘isotope’

    This is ONLY when I activate Jetpack, I currently have all my other plugins deactivated.

    I’ve searched this error on forums, google, etc, but couldn’t find anything, so If someone can help, it will be much appreciated. Thanks ??
