    Hello,

I have broken links problem with Jetpack for a while, didn’t care that much in the beginning but it started to be annoying…

So when I login in admin area, Jetpack links are fine (check this image and hover link in the bottom of the screen) and I can enter jetpack settings page very easily.

But in the Jetpack settings page, when the current URL supposed to be like
    this: https://website.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack#/settings
but I get this: https://website.com/settings (check this image)

And afterwards, If I want to go to “Posts” page, as you can see in the 2nd image, the URL looks like https://website.com/edit.php which is also wrong.

I don’t know how it happened, using the latest Jetpack anyway, is there a way that I can provide more info could help for a solution?

    Any help appreciated,
    Thank you!

    Hi,

I can see you are trying to hide your site’s URL but we would actually need to know it to be able to test the Jetpack connection.

If you’d rather not share the URL, that’s fine, however our help will be limited.

    Hello,

If that helps the website is: filmloverss.com

    Thanks!

Thank you. I can confirm that there aren’t any connection errors on the site with the Jetpack plugin. The next thing to rule out is that another plugin or theme is running interference. Have you already ruled those two items out?
