JetPack Boost incompatible with Enfold Theme

    The videos stop functioning on my site at the URL noted above.

    The Enfold support team (Kriesi) went through and deactivated plugins and found the JetPack Boost plugin caused the videos to not function.

    I’m just letting you know in case you want you to address it. I plan to leave JetPack Boost off until further notice.

    Hello there – do you have any other site performance optimization plugin installed apart from Jetpack Boost?

    Also could you please try to re-activate the Boost plugin and inside the plugin, please try to activate/deactivate feature options one by one, and in between keep checking on which option, the videos stopped working.

    So sorry for the delay. I have been traveling and just returned. I will have a chance this weekend to try the suggestions and will post back here.

    I had three of the features within Boost turned on originally so I only tested those three. 1 – Optimize Critical CSS Loading. 2 – Defer non-essential JavaScript and 3 – Image CDN.

    After re-activating Boost, all three functions were on by default and the videos did not play.

    I left Optimize Critical CSS Loading on and turned Defer non-essential JavaScript off and the videos did play.

    I left Defer non-essential JavaScript off and turned on Image CDN. The videos did play.

    Based on those three functions, as long as Defer non-essential JavaScript is off the videos play.

    However, with Optimize Critical CSS Loading on it shows my mobile score at 33 and desktop at 69. Turn Optimize Critical CSS Loading off and my scores jump to mobile of 57 and desktop to 90.
