    Hi –

    Can you try it again from a different internet connection? That’s an easy thing to rule out.

    Also, I’ve run the site through our debugging tool at jetpack.com/support/debug/ and it does not report any errors.

    Next, simply try removing and reactivating the Jetpack plugin. Write back with an update for us here.

    Thank you for your reply.

    I have tried using a different internet connection and also deactivating the plugin then activating it again, it still showed the same message as the one I pasted here. I tried to check the stats using WordPress.com and that seems to be working however.

    Hi there,

    We’ve had a few reports of this happening, though all those reports have been for sites hosted on OVH thus far, which your site is not. However, we want to look into this some more.

    Can you please open a support ticket at https://jetpack.com/contact-support/?rel=support and mention this forum thread.

    Also please include the following:

    * Let us know your server IP.
    * Try ping dashboard.wordpress.com and send us the output.
    * Try a traceroute and send us the output: traceroute -I dashboard.wordpress.com
    * curl -svv -o /dev/null https://dashboard.wordpress.com/ and send us the output.

    This needs to be done by someone that has shell access to your site, like your hosting provider, so if you can ask their support to run these test and provide the output to you. Then you can send it to us via the support contact form.

    Sorry for the late response.

    I have contacted my hosting provider yesterday, and now when I checked, the jetpack plugin seems to be working again.
