I have installed the Paycomet payment method and get issues with finalising the orders. When the order is finalised, Jetpack is blocking the redirect to the bank page, and the user receives a message: Se ha producido un error. Por favor, verifica los datos introducidos y prueba de nuevo.
When I disabled the Jetpack module, everything was working fine. Can you please advise how I can setup Jetpack to permit the redirect to the bank page?

  • Hi there,

    Thanks for contacting Jetpack support.

I suppose you’re referring to the WooCommerce PAYCOMET Module. I can’t quite see how Jetpack is interfering and causing that error without having more information.

As a first step, can you please try a wider test for a plugin conflict? In other words, try temporarily deactivating all the site’s plugins except for Jetpack, WooCommerce, and the PAYCOMET module and clear your browser’s cache. Then try finalizing orders again.

If it works, then we’ll know that another plugin is conflicting here. You can re-enable your plugins one by one while trying to finalize orders in between until you find the one causing the conflict.

I’d also recommend reporting what you find after doing that test to the plugin developers on the corresponding support forum:

I have already done the wider test and worked with paycomet support to find the issue in the last 4 days. This way, I found out that Jetpack is blocking it. All the order test were done in incognito window to avoid the caching.
Right now, I have all the other plugins active and Jetpack deactivated the order can be finalized as I get the card form.
When all the plugins are active, including Jetpack, when the order is finalized, I get the message “Se ha producido un error. Por favor, verifica los datos introducidos y prueba de nuevo.”

    Hi @projectmb

Have you tried with only WooCommerce, Paycomet, and Jetpack installed? If so, what was the result?

This is helpful to know as it will help us to determine if the issue is Jetpack or one of your other plugins.

I have reactivate the Jetpack and now is working. Too be honest, I have no idea why is working now, I’m just glad that finally is all fine.
