Jetpack Backup stuck at 30%

    Hi,

    I’m having trouble finishing the backup of my website.

    According to support, it stopped at 30%. They informed me that this is about releasing IPs or SSH credentials, but I just finished backing up another site (same host Digital Ocean and settings – with Cloudflare disable) without providing such information.

    As I’m intending to change servers, I don’t intend to restore to this current server, just the backup. Can anyone help me and take a look at other possible issues?
