    I am using the Jetpack plugin for autmoated taxes for my product. I live in Oregon with no sales tax but need to charge tax based on buyer location. After testing many times I am still getting 0.00 for the taxes.

    Hey there @tzigns,

    The free WooCommerce Tax extension will only calculate taxes for a store’s single tax “nexus,” which in your case would be Oregon. Most stores do not need to collect taxes outside of their single tax nexus; however, we recommend you verify the store’s tax requirements with a tax professional.

    If the store needs to collect taxes from buyers in other states, an extension like TaxJar or WooCommerce AvaTax can calculate taxes for multiple nexuses.
