Jetpack and Website Transfer to Different URL

    I recently moved my website from veritasnoctis.net to gaplauche.com. With Jetpack, the stats seem to be separated by url and I don’t see any way to transfer my stats data from the old url to the new url. I’d like to keep my old stats instead of starting over from scratch since it’s the same website, just a different url. How can I do this?
