I just started using the new subscription box on my site, I was using feedburner before. The WP plugin says ‘There was an error when subscribing, please try again.’

I have not turned feedburner off, because I have subscribers with that, that I don’t want it to effect, I have taken the widget off while the jetpack one was up.

Are the two not going to work together, or does one have anything to do with the other?

My site is https://theredneckprincess.net. For the time being I will put the feedburner widget back on. ?? Thanks for your help.

I’ve got exactly the same problem. We previously used “Comments Reloaded”, but its deactivated now and was prior to activating the new jetpack feature.

Noticed another strange behaviour. After entering an emailadress in the widget and clicking the button, the aforementioned error message appears. What happens additionaly is that my browser takes me to an other article, not the index page or the article i viewed when entering the adress….

We deactivated the plugin feature for the time being.
