Jetpack and Facebook

Hey there,
I’m having some issues with your plugin and Facebook. I ran https://ahmetdemir.dk/blog/familiebehandling-udsatte-familier/ through https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/ to see the issue.
It came out with: More Than One OG URL Specified. Object at URL ‘https://ahmetdemir.dk/blog/familiebehandling-udsatte-familier/’ of type ‘article’ is invalid because it specifies multiple ‘og:url’ values: https://ahmetdemir.dk/blog/familiebehandling-udsatte-familier/, https://ahmetdemir.dk/blog/familiebehandling-udsatte-familier/.
Could you please tell me if there is a plugin that interferes with the WordPress SEO plugin (which I understand works together with Jetpack).
