Jetpack and Carousel Plug in

Howdy. I have been trying to install Jetpack’s Carousel plugin to the Pixgraphy theme in the latest version of WordPress. The directions from Jetpack tell me to visit the Media section at Jetpack → Settings → Writing. Yet, when I click on Jetpack there is no option to click on “Settings.” I could be missing something fundamental and would appreciate any insight.
