    Is it possible not to serve Jetpack ads to a user that has a paid subscription through Jetpack?

    I’d like to offer being able to go ad free for users with a paid subscription, all through Jetpack. Is that possible?

    Hello @erisf,

    Let me check if I get this right: you have a client whose site has a Jetpack plaid plan. This plan includes the Ads feature, and you want the feature NOT to work on that site. this means that the site won’t display any ads at all. Is that correct?

    If that’s so, you can totally do it. You can disable the feature from Tools > Monetize > Ads tab, and then Settings and Ads Settings. There you can see a “Enable ads and display an ad below each post” toggle you can turn off.
