JetPack replaced the Daily Highlights with 7-Day Highlights.

How do I go back to the Daily Highlights?

    Thanks.

  • Hi @steve-kaye

The Jetpack feature “7-Day Highlights” provides an overview of your visitors, views, likes, and comments over the last 7 days, excluding the current day, and it compares these trends to the previous 7-day period. Currently, the option to revert back to “Daily Highlights” isn’t available.

However, you can filter your engagement data to focus on daily traffic, which might provide the information you’re looking for. This can be done from the “Traffic” view of your Jetpack Stats Dashboard. Please see our support guide for more information.?

Alternatively, if you prefer the old stats experience, you can switch back by following these instructions:

    1. Go to WP Admin and then Jetpack  Settings in the sidebar.
    2. Click Traffic.
    3. Scroll down to the Jetpack Stats section and expand it.
    4. Toggle the?Enable a new Jetpack Stats experience?to the off position.

Please note that this opt-out option may not be available in the future. When you opt out, you should see a request for feedback. We would really appreciate your feedback as that will help us improve the new Stats experience.

    Hi,

    Thank you for this info.

First, I really, really do NOT like the 7-Day Highlights. I want to know about what is happening now, today.

Second, I’m unable to find WP Admin in my Dashboard. And I spent at least 10 minutes looking & clicking on everything.

Please ask the design folks to allow uses to select which data they want to see.

    Wish you the best,

The 7-Day Highlights is a big leap backwards.

    It’s totally useless.

I want to see the Daily stats on visits to my web site.

Please, please, please let uses choose the type of stats they want to see.

    Thanks

I’m still waiting for JetPack to fix this.

The 7 Day Highlights is useless. I want to know the daily activity on my web site. And I want to know this without having to click my way through extra screens.

Please let users choose the stats that appear.

    Thanks.

@steve-kaye We do not have any current plans to change the default Jetpack Stats display. Our developers will continue taking your feedback, and the feedback of other users, into consideration.

    Thank you for your reply.

This should be easy. Jetpack has the code for Daily Highlights.

Now, all just let users choose the type of stats that they want.

And tell the decision makers: 1) It is always a bad idea to take away something useful, and 2) People want more info/options instead of fewer.

    Hey Steve,

Thank you again for your feedback. We are passing all customer feedback on to our developers and design team for consideration.

    Thanks!

The 7-Day highlights is as useless as a 7-Day average for a car’s speedometer. People need to know what is happening NOW.

Please let users choose what they see.

    Thanks.

    Hi @steve-kaye

You still have the option to switch back to the old Stats experience as I shared earlier by following the steps in this guide:

    https://jetpack.com/support/jetpack-stats/configure-jetpack-stats/#choose-which-jetpack-stats-experience

We left that option because of users like you. Again, your feedback is appreciated and will be taken into consideration.

    Thank you!
