• Ever since Jetpack was updated to the latest version (3.0.1), I can’t access any of the features in Jetpack (not even the Jetpack dashboard), or site stats, nothing, without it crashing my site.

    What the heck??!!

    Worked fine before, but for the past 2 days, always crashes my site whenever I try to access Jetpack dashboard or even view my site stats.

    I can’t access the debugger either, seing as I can’t access JetPack’s dashboard!!

    Please fix it.

  • Same here. Any time any features like stats are accessed, it kills my MySQL process. Which is kind of a pain in the ass.

    @katnissmellark – I checked your site’s connection and everything appears to be working on our end. Are you still having this problem? If so, let us know and I’ll check into this further.

    To do so, follow these steps:

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard (Jetpack -> Jetpack).
    2) Scroll down to the footer of the page and click the “Debug” link (shown here: https://d.pr/i/OF6d).
    3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5) Click the “Contact Support” button.

    Still having that problem.

    And still cannot access Jetpack’s dashboard or the debugger, obviously…..

    Any time I try, site crashes.

    PS – I use a VPN service to access my site, as I always have. And it never had any problems. Only started when I updated Jetpack to the latest version.
