Jetpack 2.5 Blog Subscriptions: How to email only specific blogs?

I have the Jetpack 2.5 installed with WordPress 3.6.1 I have the Jetpack Blog Subscription widget on.

I need to setup my Jetpack Blog Subscription so it will only send specific blogs that I flag for sending. This widget becomes a problem if you post several times a day. People do not like more than one emailed blog per day. I need to make sure only one blog is emailed per day. How can I only email blogs that I flag for sending?
