jetpack 2.3 on dashboard, does it include updates through 2.3.4?

  • On my 2012 theme dashboard, the Jetpack plugin to activate states it’s version 2.3. I also have a notice that a version 2.3.5 is available to update. My question is: does the one ready to be installed (2.3) include all updates through 2.3.4? I read the 2.3.5 info and it affects a module I plan on disabling after I install jetpack anyway, so I don’t ‘need’ the update and would prefer to not start my usage of Jetpack with a newly hatched updated version….
