I was checking the issue you pointed but by hovering the mouse over stats in WP Admin or WordPress.com dashboard; I don’t see the behavior you reported. You can check the screen recording here ?

The graphs on the dashboard are not faulty.

Could you please do some test as I have mentioned below?

1. Make sure you have the latest version of the Jetpack plugin installed – the current one is 12.9.3
2. Try to check the issue from a different new browser.
3. If the issue is still there on a different browser, please install the health check plugin, then keep only Jetpack activated and the default theme installed on your site, like Twenty Twenty-Three, and then check the issue again. If you do this troubleshooting using the health check plugin, your site won’t disturb other site visitors. More details on how to use the plugin is here ?

Upon investigation, it seems to be incompatible with the COCOON theme. If all plugins are stopped and cocoon is disabled, there is no problem.
If cocoon is enabled, the problem occurs.
I would like to ask for a bug fix on the jetpack side.

By the way, when I disable the “new Jectpak stats experience”, the bug does not occur. The bug occurs with newer versions.

Hello there – we have an update from the team – as you can see on GitHub, we investigated the issue, and the problem is specific to the theme, as it requires CSS and JS files on all pages of the wp-admin dashboard. This causes unnecessary resource loading and affects the performance of the dashboard.

The recommended course of action for you is to reach out to the theme developers and make them aware of this issue. They should be able to implement changes to the theme so that its resources are only enqueued on pages where they are actually needed.
