JetForm I don’t receive emails

  • Hello,

    I have created a form
    https://www.archipelcollection.com/reservation/
    In the post submit actions, I picked mail to custom adress (mine).

    When I click on send on the form, it says “Form successfully submitted.” but when I go to my inbox, I have nothing. Obviously I have looked into my spam etc. but the email is nowhere to be seen.

    What am I doing wrong ?

    Side notes :
    1) Contact form 7 plugin is working fine. So there are no problem with my inbox.
    2) I tried to create a new simple form with just a text box, still same issue, nothing is happening.
    3) Pluging activated on my wordpress are :
    -W3 Total Cache
    -Async JavaScript
    -Click to Chat
    -JetTricks
    I tried to desactivate those, yet nothing is working

    Also a weird bug appears on my console:
