Jetengine form not working with translated verison

    Hello,

    I have an issue, the Jetengine’s forms don’t work when I am in a translated version.

    Any idea to how to fix it ?

    Thanks for your reply.
    I created a special page for you with the form:

    The site is in french and the form works perfectly in french. The problem appears when you switch the language (you can not select a date in the English version for example ).
