Jet Tricks Plugin Not working

This is not working for me. I apply the sticky effect to my column and the elements of that column stick only within that section, and then scroll up with everything else!

I have tried deactivating all other sticky plugins to no avail. Apparently, the issue is not caused by another sticky plugin.

I really got my hopes up with this one.
