@humblehuman9 We don’t have a function for that specifically, but you can modify the functions that we have to enable and adds related posts to pages.

This function enables related posts on pages so that they’ll be included in the results:

This function enables related posts to display on the pages themselves:

https://jetpack.com/support/related-posts/customize-related-posts/#display-on-pages

You should be able to modify those to suit your needs. Hope that helps!
