Jet pack publicize unchecked after publishing post

    Hello,

    I am experiencing the following: I have Jetpack publicize and facebook connected. When writing a post (default posts not a CPT) the publicize to facebook is checked, after publishing the checkmark is missing and no post is publicized to facebook.

    I already connected, disconnected, resetted the connection in FB several times, deleted and reinstalled jetpack, deactivated all plugins (except for woocommerce but can’t see that having anything to do with it). Nothing helps, I went through the debugger of FB, but that doesn’t throw errors.

    Please help, I am out of ideas…

    All your Jetpack settings seem correct.

    Could you walk me through the steps you follow to publish a post? Could you also let me know what other plugins are currently active on your site?

    I have some custom fields (Advanced Custum Fields, included in theme, not as plugin) to fill, write some text, add an image as featured image and maybe insert a gallery. I then publish the post, before publishing the field to publish to facebook is checked. Then I publish and the checkmark is gone.

    I use these plugins:
    – Woocommerce
    – WPML (wpml, wpml woocommerce, wpml media, wpml string translation, wpml translation management)
    – Pronamic iDeal (installed after the problem was already there)
    – Mailchimp
    – Metaslider
    and Jetpack of course.

    It is in Dutch, but you’ll probably know what to look for..

    It is strange that is says that the last activity is over 6 months ago, while I reset the whole thing about 5 days ago.

    Could you try to completely remove the app from Facebook, and then reset your Facebook connection once again as explained here:

    Unfortunately no.. still the same.
    Followed the steps, the blog is connected and after publishing the checkmark is gone.. See screenshot here: https://cl.ly/TUoG

    That screenshot shows a post that’s already published. Could you show me how things look like before you actually hit the Publish button?
