Jet pack plugin not working and showing fatal error when i try to activate

Hi,

We are facing a issue when i try to install Jet pack and debug file showing below error

Error “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.”

I have change theme and uninstall all plugins but jet pack is not working yet with php 8.1.
