Jerky Embedded Video Playback in Blog Posts

This is to reilliterate and clarify my problem as i didnt do it properly in my last post.

The video picture of the videos i have embedded are jerky on playback. The sound is not. Seems to only happen in IE. It occurs both for youtube videos and other embedded videos.

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.
