Jepack VaultPress Not Backing up

    Hello

    I have just bought and installed Jetpack Complete which comes with VaultPress.
    I have tried to run my 1st backup using VaultPress but I keep getting the following error

    “Backup failed

    Today, 4:53 PM

    A backup for your site was attempted on 09/30/2024 at 4:53 PM and was not able to be completed.

    Check out the backups help guide or contact our support team to resolve the issue.”

    I tried it 3 Times but still same error.
    Kindly assist
