    Hello @henarangoda,

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Do you have any error messages that you can share with us? Currently, we are not experiencing any issues on our end, so we lack clues to investigate this problem further.

After that, could you please clarify the meaning of Elementor Dashboard? Perhaps you can give us an idea of how the issue appears and how to replicate it if possible, to reduce any misunderstandings that may occur.

For now, you can try increasing your PHP/WP Memory to at least 512 MB as recommended by Elementor itself to ensure that the system runs smoothly.

We will wait for further updates from you.

    Thank You

    Hello @henarangoda,

Could you please take a screenshot of your browser console? Usually, error messages will be displayed there.

Actually it conflicts with the ElementsKit plugin, both plugins not working at once, need to deactivate one plugin to use. I’ve attched required screenshots for your review.

    Hello @henarangoda,

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. We have tried to activate the plugin according to the screenshot you provided, but we did not have the same issue as you did.

In the screenshot you provided, is the page a completely new and empty page? If not, could you create a new page with no widgets on it? We assume that this issue occurs due to one of the widgets.

Additionally, we noticed an error 503 in your console. Could you please check your server error log and obtain the error message? If you do not see a debug.log file in your wp-content, try enabling WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG as documented below.

We will wait for further updates from you to investigate this further.

    Thank You
