I updated Elementor and Elementor Pro on my site and all the JKit elements broke and Elementor page builder will only load in safe mode.

Has compatibillity with Elementor Pro 3.15.0 and Jeg Elementor Kit 2.6.1?

Also where can I get an updated version of the Jeg Elementor Kit? I cannot find it anywhere online…

    Hello @sparkmanagedweb,

We apologize for the delay in responding and any inconvenience caused. Previously, we have tested the issue on our end with Elementor v3.15.1 and Elementor Pro v3.5.0, but we didn’t encounter the same problem as you described.

Therefore, could you please try updating Elementor again and check the error messages displayed? You can find these error messages in the browser console and/or in the debug.log or error.log files.

Since we lack enough information and haven’t experienced the issue on our side, we need these details to investigate further. We also need to know which other plugins you have activated, as there might be a conflict with another plugin. To verify this, you can try using only the Elementor and Jeg Elementor Kit plugins while deactivating the rest.

Then the latest version of Jeg Elementor Kit is 2.6.1. You can download the latest version from www.remarpro.com or from the Plugin menu on your website.

We’ll be waiting for your next update.

    Thank You

@fauzanjegstudio I spun the site up in staging and did the upgrade to the latest version of Elementor and same thing happened.

The page editor will not load and when you load in safe mode all the Jeg elements are done.

I checked the log but I do not see any errors related to Elementor or Jeg.

I also do not get any active warning messages on page load with debug turned on.

    Thanks,
    Matt

    Hello Matt,

Could you provide more information about that error message? Even though the message doesn’t mention our plugin explicitly, there’s still a possibility that it might be related. This information could serve as an initial clue for our investigation.

Additionally, could you share your site’s WP Memory Limit with us? It’s possible that the editor isn’t loading due to memory reaching its limit. According to Elementor’s documentation, you can try increasing the WP Memory Limit to 512MB as recommended.

    https://elementor.com/help/requirements/#:~:text=WP%20Memory%20limit%20of%20256,768%20MB%20for%20best%20performance.

We’ll be awaiting your further updates.

    Thank You

    Best Regards,
