This is PolyTany, I’m writing to you because you blocked all my accounts and removed all my topics yesterday.
I posted my topic because I wanted to get feedback from other members about that issue with CDN, but once you closed the topic, I was not be able to reply, then I opened new account with your name, for this I can say it was mistake, sorry.
You’re punishing me because I paid for the premium. Actually, I emailed to the author about others issues and he always gave me great services, fixed these issues and updated the plugin. But in the CDN issue he didn’t help me, that’s why I posted that topic on the forum. I believe I’m not the only one with this issue.
I’m using new username ‘doni55’ now. Can you allow me please to post my issue, leave it open and not block my account?

First of all, you weren’t being punished because you “paid for the premium.” You were being punished because, after being informed by a member of our moderator team that premium products are not supported here, you chose to harass that moderator repeatedly. I’m not sure why you see harassment as a lower offense than what you assume you were blocked for, but at Jan’s request, we’re willing to give you a second chance to see how things turn out for you around here.

What was stated there still stands, you will need to reach out to the premium plugin’s support channel for support with the premium plugin.
If support from the premium plugin doesn’t work out for you, I’m sure there are many channels you can pursue, like requesting a refund or filing for a chargeback with your credit card provider, but harassment is never the right choice.
