jcarousel/timthumb stopped working

WP 3.5.1, SU 3.9.5. jCarousel/timthumb stopped working (not sure when, client never mentioned it but I noticed it today after upgrading some other plugins). All timthumb links result in 404 not found.
The carousel is in the banner on every page, i.e.
https://www.alisherif.com/habaib-festival/View the page source to see the img and hrefs in the carousel. Example:
img src=”https://www.alisherif.com/wp-content/plugins/shortcodes-ultimate/lib/timthumb.php?src=https://www.alisherif.com/wp-content/uploads/AliSherif-thumb2.jpg (¶ms follow)The file /wp-content/uploads/AliSherif-thumb2.jpg exists, but the timthumb href comes up not found. Don’t know what to do to fix this.
