Javascripts not working

  • I just found out that javascripts are not working on my new wordpress blog. Because of this my website is not able to show adsense ads and unable to render slideshows. Can you please help me?

    It is running Hueman theme right now but I checked on many different themes but I still get errors.

    Does this happen if you deactivate all your plugins?

    I’m having the same problem with WP 4.2.3. Works fine with 4.2.2
    I’ve disabled all plugins with no change.
    Wireshark shows this request for the js going up.

    The server answers “Not Modified.” And that’s the end of it.

    In 4.2.2 the exchange continues beyond the “not modified” response.
