Javascript Widget not working

First of all, thank you to this board for all the help I’ve received since I started blogging. It’s greatly appreciated and has been nothing but a godsend.

Now to my problem.

So, I am trying to install a job board widget onto my blog https://www.bucktheslump.com. Here it is:

I’m trying to put it in my sidebar, but it does not appear at all. It’s currently in the sidebar theme code, at the bottom. What could be causing this issue so that it doesn’t work? Could it be related to the fact that I can’t make widgets work with my sidebar (though that’s not a problem; I prefer the customization I have without them).
