Javascript Render Problem

Hi there,

I am trying to use shortcodes in the marker descriptions. It renders the shortcodes very well but the problem is a javascript file which is associated with the shortcode doesn’t load. It only works if I link the javascript file manually in the marker description using HTML. Can you advise any better place where I can call the javascript so that I don’t have to include it in the marker description every time?
