Javascript & profile details

    Apologies if I’ve posted this in the incorrect section.

    We develop eLearning packages in Articulate Storyline, what we’re looking to do is set a variable in Storyline with the value of the persons name in their WordPress profile.

    We’ve no problem on the Storyline side of things, just can’t work out how to grab the username / nicename from the wordpress profile and store it in a Javascript variable. The action will be triggered from a click of a button in the eLearning package that is embedded into a post.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!
