javascript not minified

In my performance/SEO reports it is constantly telling me that this script is not being minified on any page
Which I assume it because of the querystring that gets appended to the path and is different on every page
e.g. YouTubePopUp.jquery.js?ver=1620323754what is the reason for this querystring and can I remove it?
