• I tried to install the plugin today and I have a problem with the JS not beeing inserted in the footer. Everything seems to be in order on my end – such as wp_footer() in the theme and so on.

If I choose to use the Legacy API in settings it works. From what I can tell by looking at the source it then inserts the JS another place.

    Any tips?

Hi, just for testing purposes can you carry out the following. Deactivate all other plugins except ours, then carry out a test? If this does not help you, can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Nineteen.

Let me know how you go.

    Thank you

I tried TwentyTwenty and it worked fine, so I’m quite certain the problem is with the theme (which we made I have to admit). I do know more now than I did yesterday, and what still puzzles me is the Legacy-version is actually inserting the scripts in the footer, while the non-Legacy-version does not.

Do they insert the scripts in different ways? Will that help us figure out why it happens?

I feel bad about asking you as long as it’s a free plugin, but I’ll be happy to donate some cups of coffee if we can figure this out ??

    Hi,

Unfortunately I am not a developer as such. I have submitted a message to the developers to investigate further your issue/question.

    Kind regards
