Javascript loading slowly in wordpress website…

I have used javascript in slideshow. Although it is working but on opening the site, it takes lot of time.

Kindly tell, how can I improve this ?

Recently made this site in wordpress, earlier it was in simple php. At that time loading speed was fine.
