    Please send the link to the page with booking form, which is have that issue, so then we will check and try to help you in fixing that issue.
    Also please recheck that you are do not have “disabled” the loading of the bootstrap library at the General Booking Settings page in main section (you are need to expand the “Show advanced settings of JavaScript loading” section and check that checkboxes are unchecked).
