Javascript Issues on Galleries creating/editing

Hi,

I’m having issues on the galleries creating/editing where it seems to be failing somewhere and none of the javascript is working showing the following error in console:

Uncaught TypeError: $(...).filter(...).minicolors is not a function

I’ve had a dig around and turned off all the plugins and put a standard theme back in with the same issues?

Oddly if I add to a fresh install it does work ok though?

Has anyone else had any compatibility issues with this plugin?
