    Hi,
the Form is actually working but there is the error message in the preview. The Form has required fields where I can see the JavaScript is working.
I already checked the troubleshooting, and I figured out the main problems are caching-plugins which cause the JavaScript error by the merging feature. We had installed W3 Total Cache but I uninstalled it and delete manually all left files in the wp-content folder.
I tried to disable all other plugins too, but the Error message is still there. I’m not sure when this problem started showing up, but it wasn’t there at the beginning.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @vipexdigital,

It could also be being caused by some conflicting code on your site somewhere. To find out what you’ll need to (temporarily) deactivate all other plugins and switch to a default WordPress theme (such as Twenty Twenty One).

After everything has been deactivated, please check to see if the error still shows. If it doesn’t, you can then re-activate everything one-by-one, checking in between activations for the error to occur. Whichever was activated before the error starts would be the most likely cause of the issue.

More on this method of troubleshooting (and other troubleshooting steps) can be found here: https://wpforms.com/docs/getting-support-wpforms/

    I hope this helps!

    Hi @vipexdigital,

We haven’t heard back from you in about a week, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
