Javascript exclusion

    How can I exclude javascript. A developer of a plugin told me this:

    you should exclude the Js file you find at following path:
    wp-content/plugins/yith-easy-login-register-popup-for-woocommerce/assets/js/popup-handler.js

    If you can exclude script by handle, it would be helpful if you could exclude these ones:

    'jquery', 'wp-util', 'jquery-blockui'

    please go to Page Optm -> Tuning , you will see 3 JS exclude fields , add them into these 3 fields , save and purge all.
