• Hi all,
I just set up a fresh install of WordPress on my goDaddy account.

When I try to add an image to my first blog post, the Insert Media pop-up appears. I can upload an image or choose an existing one, but when I click “Insert Into Post”, the pop-up closes, but nothing happens.

When I check the Developer Console in Chrome there is this error.

Uncaught TypeError: Property ‘scrollTo’ of object [object global] is not a function load-scripts.php?c=0&load%5B%5D=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,plupload,plupload-html5,plupload-f…:5

I have deactivated all plugins. I am using the Twenty Twelve theme. The same problem happened with Twenty Thirteen.

Can you deactivate all of the currently active plugins and try again, to investigate whether this might be a plugin issue.
