Javascript error on the events page

We have installed Events manager plugin on a test site in order to evaluate the plugin. It’s rather nice but the events page doesn’t work. The search tool bar doesn’t adjust itself for mobile view and if we select to view the events on a map or a calender nothing happens.
When I look at the console I see the following javascript errors that I suspect may cause the issues on this page.
