    Hi @tapashdatta,

    Thanks for reaching out!

In order to try to reproduce the issue and investigate it, please share your form with us.

To do this, go to WPForms ? Tools and click on the Export tab. In the Form Export section, select the form you’d like to export, and it will download a JSON file for you. Here’s a screenshot of the setting: https://a.supportally.com/IkXKnX

In case it’s helpful, we also have a tutorial for this here (it includes screenshots, which I always find helpful).

Then just add the file to some cloud, like Google Drive or WeTransfer, and share the link here. That way, we can try to reproduce the issue and provide further information.

    Thanks!

    Hi @tapashdatta,

We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
