I’m testing in Private Browsing (Chrome) my form and when I select my dropdown menu I got this error:

  • Hi @benny0 –We’d be happy to help!

It seems that you are using the paid version of WPForms. If you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance??

From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.

    Thanks!

    Hi @benny0

As the Conditional Logic is part of the paid version of WPForms, could you please drop us a line through our? contact page when you get the chance?

You’re welcome to just include a link to this post, if you’d prefer to do that.

I apologize that we’re not able to respond to paid version questions here in the www.remarpro.com support forums for the free version, but I really appreciate your help!

    Thanks ??
