Javascript error : $(…).goMap is not a function

  • Hi,

    I have desactivated all plugins to avoid conflict problems, I also deleted, re-downloaded et re-installed the plugin to be sure that everything is almost clean.

    I have the Javascript error : “$(…).goMap is not a function”
    This function is called by the file “geodirectory-functions/map-functions/map_on_add_listing_page.php”, line 335

    I still have a problem to upload image for the category icon, nothing happen when I click the button, no Javascript error.

    Hi Arnaud,

    I’ve personally never seen this problem before and I can’t recreate it in our test websites. Given that you already tried disabling all plugins and there is also the icon upload issue, I suspect the conflict is with a js file loaded by the theme.

    What theme are you using? Did you try activating a default theme (twentytwelve for example), just to see if the problem vanish?

    To know for sure where the problem comes from, we’d need to have a look at your website front and backend. (to fix it we could also need FTP only if we have to correct a theme file.)
