    Whoop. That fixed it.

    As an idea. What about a non-image option, but a css 3 bootstrap 3 flat type button. Pick the button color from a picker, pick a font awesome icon (it would have to be bigger size icon), and icon color. It could be a link containing an i tag with the fa code.
