JavaScript doesn't work after load

Hello there,

I installed infinite-scroll and the plugin works perfect for me except for one thing.

After the plugin loads more content, all the javascript I wrote doesn’t work. For the first content, the js code works perfect, but after the first time infinite-scroll loads more content, all my js doesn’t work. I have all my js in a separate file loaded on footer.php.

Any help will be really appreciate.
